The Baan Dada Children’s Home provides a loving home, education, a healthy diet, and access to creative learning opportunities for 60 abandoned or orphaned boys and girls, ages 2 to 17 in Thailand on the Burma border. Three mothers, one grandmother, and three fathers also live and work here. The majority of the home’s members are Karen, an ethnic minority who are not granted full citizenship rights on the Thai side and are persecuted by the Burmese military government. Rural Karen villages typically lack educational and job opportunities, as well as basic health care.

You N Me Productions provide assistance to Baan Dada through the Greanwold Foundation. The company is developing Greanwold as a spokes-character for what we might truly call “lost children”.

These children desperately need help.You can support a child on a monthly basis or you can simply pledge one amount towards one of the many needs the orphanage has.
